2012 Crickhowell Walking Festival Photo Competition.

The 2012 Photo Competition has again been sponsored by Hanwag boots. This year's winners were announced on 3rd May. In the Category for "Best Walking Photograph" the judges selected Lee Major's photograph of 'Walkers on the Cat's Back' and in the Category " Best Festival Photogrpah" the winner is Brian Lowans for his photograph of "The Leader". Each winner recieved a pair of Hanwag walking boots from Andi Hayman, representing Hanwag UK.

Second and Third in the "Best Walking Photograph" Category were "Black Hill" by Lee Major and "Tiring Work" by Bert Iles.

Second and Third in the "Best Festival Photograph" were "Trudging Home" by John Finch and "Approaching Llanthony" by Bert Iles.

Thanks to everyone who submitted photogrpahs this year. There was a huge selection to choose from and our judges had a really hard time picking the winners. If you go to our Facebook page you will find a selection of this year's photos.
